" This Company was one of the worst spa's I have ever dealt with.  I purchased a Groupon for 2 massages and was forced to give tip of almost 20.00 dollars on both up front (40.00 dollars).  Then they canceled our second massage appointment and never rescheduled with us.  They kept saying they were booked or had no massage therapist at the time.  I asked for my money back very nicely and was told they can't do that.  The girl I spoke with told me over the phone it wasn't her problem.  She said her boss may be in sometime in the next week.  I will never do business here again and I recommend to anyone thinking about it to look into a more customer friendly place.  I hate when companies put themselves on groupon and take peoples money and then treat them bad because they were a groupon customer.  I hope this review loses Alora Spa the money I lost.  I am usually not one to write a bad review but Alora spa needs to realize they need customers not the other way around. "

" BE CAREFUL, I purchased a package from groupon for six laser hair removal treatments.  Best I could figure from the groupon site was that the face was consider a medium area.  Well I was wrong apparently and ended up spending a whole lot more money then I would have if I had gotten the next package up.  That is my bad; however they didn't tell me until after I walked out of my second treatment that I had gotten the wrong package.  They really should have made sure I had the right package before I even had my first treatment.  I don't know if groupon would have let me change the package or not, but I could have tried.  Their website and groupon site DOES NOT say what they consider small, medium, and large areas for laser removal.  So I suggest you email them before buying a package.  I'd say call but if you email at least you have something in writing in case they try to say other wise when you get there.  Also they make you tip, it's part of the groupon agreement or something, it's kinda wierd to tip for laser hair removal.  Normally you only do that for massages and facials.  If you look up google reviews you will see that I am not the only person that has had a problem like this.  If they want to stay on Groupon they need to update their details and specify what THEY consider small, med, and large areas to be.  That way people will know what they are paying for, hopefully before their second treatment to boot! "

" Very convenient location just across border in NY so very easy commute from NW Jersey. Glad I redeemed a gift card here for a massage. Excellent service and quality for the cost. I returned another time and Patricia, the owner consulted with me on some skin treatments. Very smart on skin care and therapy. I I also purchased two of the men's line products and after using them now for several months my skin really shows. The after shave gel is the best bar none guys! "

" Dissatisfied with customer service and results of laser hair removal. The owner, Patricia, was rude and not a person who should face with customers. I purchased Groupon and was informed it would not cover the medium area for 6 visits. This was a gift to a friend. After 6 visits the hair on her legs is not diminished near as much as mine. I had mine done at Orange Dermatology in Monroe and my hair is completely gone. My friends is not and the cost is more at Alora. Go to Orange dermatology where the people are nice and the hair removal works. Not only that Alora expected tips to the person who did the treatments. "

" I've been going to Alora Spa for Coolsculpting (abdomen/ back) and Venus freeze treatments (face/neck/ chest) and I absolutely have been loving the results!  The owner Patty is very informative, has a great attitude, and always has a smile on her face.   The environment is professional, appointments are always on time and they consistently accommodate any last minute adjustments. The location is convenient, clean, with new machines and cutting edge technology which is very important to me.  After looking at the before and after photo I would highly recommend both procedures at Alora Spa. " Instead of driving all the way down to Fort Lee, I wanted to try some place closer to home.  The place looked clean however my daughter's lash extensions is beyond disappointing.   There was no discussion of new her lash extensions, the technician just proceeded.  I thought nothing of it because they removed her old lash extension which would of shown the look and the length she wanted.   But at the end when I saw the before and after shot, I couldn't really see a difference.  Nothing like what she has been getting. To top off this disappointment, I only found out in the car how much pain my daughter was in during the entire procedure.  She was flinched and mumbled it hurt numerous times throughout the 2 hour procedure but was ignored and told not to move.  It's been over three days and it still hurts her. My daughter has been getting lash extensions for about 6 months (every 2 weeks down in Jersey) and this was the only time she felt pain. This place looked promising in the beginning but a disappoint at the end. I rather pay the money on gas and tolls for her not to be in pain and disappointed. "

" I  love Alora laser spa. The staff is amazing, very professional. I have been getting 3D microblading for my eyebrows. They look awesome. I get so many compliments.  Patty the owner has been so great advising on what treatments are best for me. The eye contour treatment and IPL laser face treatment has made me look years younger.  I definitely recommend this spa to everyone "

" I have severe acne scars and finally found a place that has lasers that deal with olive skin. I have had three treatments and am sooooo pleased. The scars aren't as prominent as they used to be. I so look forward to seeing her every three weeks and watch the transformation happen. Patricia is a woman on a mission. She is diligent and leaves no surface unscathed.
